The Baby Store is fantastic. We initially went in with zero knowledge of what we wanted or needed and were patiently tended to. We then returned a few days later with a better idea of what we wanted and with more in depth questions. Both times we were seen immediately by extremely knowledgeable and helpful members of staff who happily gave us hours of their time. They had in depth knowledge of their products and filled in knowledge gaps that we as expecting parents didn’t even know we had. They tailored the experience to us and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Recently visited to purchase a pushchair bundle. We were greeted by Janet who was extremely helpful and patient as well as providing great advice and information on the different brands. So much so, we purchased a few things including a rocking sheep which we have now named Janet. Keep up the great work, thank you for your help.

Just wanted to leave a review for Nikita who was absolutely amazing at helping me & my partner pick out our pram and nursery furniture set. She also helped us with so so many questions we had on baby items she literally went above and beyond to help us both and can’t thank her enough for all her help and the tips she give us last week when we was in store. The store its self is amazing and has everything you need! Prices also compared to anywhere else are amazing! I'll definitely be back again soon!

We were recommended to go here to get a pram for our first child. The lady who dealt with us was very helpful and answered all our questions, and took her time while we considered several different options. She even brought out each pram and explained in great detail the pros and cons of all as we had specific needs.

Amazing attentive staff, really helpful from start to finish without being pushy. Out first baby, so we were clueless and the staff were great, really patient and running us through all the options. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect. We ordered our pram and travel system, we were also able to pay as and when we wanted. We were given a date to expect a phone call to book a collection and that's what happened. We arranged the collection and this was simple and easy, especially whilst the shop was closed due to covid restrictions. Highly recommended. And we will certainly be back if ever required.
